Matt Harrison is currently based in Asia and has over 15 years industry experience in project management and leading edge procurement and supply chain, including, manufacturing (national and international), aerospace (national and international), insurance, support services, government and property in the UK and Europe. After a number of significant roles within FTSE100 and FTSE250 companies, Matt set up his own firm, MH Limited. MH Limited focuses on supporting, advising companies on project management, outsourcing, strategic procurement and supply chain management.
Alan has over nineteen years Project Management experience in small, medium and large organizations. He is experienced in the definition and deployment of Business Change and in addressing the associated issue of Stakeholder Management.

Mr Moraillon has played a leading role for the last 15 years advising Asia companies in areas such as Marketing, CRM, Business Development and Revenue Enhancement.
Mr Snelson is the former Managing Partner of Ernst & Young Management Consulting in Sydney, Australia and National Director of the Performance Improvement Practice. During his period with Ernst & Young, Mr Snelson was the project leader of a wide variety of management consulting advisory assignments for large government utilities and private companies.
An experienced international programme manager with detailed knowledge of global projects and programmes within the Financial and Telecoms markets. He has managed technical and development activities through the full life cycle and has regularly presented to Board level on strategy and delivery.
